Wednesday 10th March marks national Stop Smoking Day across the UK which means there is no better time to try and kick the habit. Whatever your reason for wanting to stop or if your just beginning to think about quitting, today marks the culmination of many months of activity designed to help raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and the difference ways available to quit.
The dangers of smoking are widely documented and it's not our place to start dishing out advice quoting medical journals, the savings to be made by quitting and the benefits of living a longer and healthier life. We're simply hoping to highlight the many ways there are available to help you give up the habit for good.
